At The Vegan Sushi Spot, we bring over 16 years of experience in crafting a unique and delectable sushi experience without the use of any fish. Since 2009, owner and founder Chef Chris Vu has been dedicated to redefining sushi through a plant-based lens. Our mission is to share our passion for veganism and our love of innovative, flavorful food.
